Rob is a HND qualified mechanical engineer with over 15 years in the UK construction industry and in South Africa before that. As a pre-construction building services manager, he works with subcontractors, our concept and technical designers, preconstruction managers and project directors to ensure all projects we price benefit from our passion for integrated design solutions.

Rob ensures that we have considered fresh air, temperature control, small power provision, lighting levels and controls, fire detection and protection, data, AV, security and access control for every project. He strives to meet and exceeding client expectations and providing considered cost effective solutions to any challenges that we identify.

Outside Peldon Rose, Rob enjoys Karate, so much in fact that he is a 5th Dan Karate Instructor.
