As part of our Business Development team, she’s responsible for nurturing projects in their earliest stages, and has played a key role in projects for InfraRed Capital Partners and Vedder Price. Victoria's enthusiasm and passion for her work is palpable; she’s someone who truly believes that creating the best environment for your people allows them to fulfil their potential. She’s also a creative thinker and maker, handmaking home fragrances in her spare time, much to the delight of everyone else in the business.
