We all manage stress in different ways and this April, the Stress Management Society have held Stress Awareness Month to help raise awareness about the impact that stress has on us and how we can successfully manage our stress levels in the workplace. Employers are investing more into staff wellbeing and are doing more to address topics surrounding mental health in the workplace. We believe that health and wellbeing should be integrated into office design as we look at some simple ways to manage stress levels through your office design.
