Sophie Grant joins Mix 30 Under 30, Class of 2024!

Congratulations to Principal Strategy Consultant, Sophie Grant, as she joins Mix 30 Under 30: Class of 2024!

Now in its ninth year, Mix Interiors' 30 under 30 celebrates a new wave of standout designers redefining the world of commercial interiors. These young innovators are at the forefront, pushing boundaries with their vision and expertise.

Working in the Strategy team as Principal Strategy Consultant, Sophie's understanding of people and space enables form and function to coalesce in workplace design and build. Her unique ability to combine data with design creates exceptional workplaces every day.

Sophie began her career with an Interior Architecture degree, followed by a Masters in Space Syntax. This science-based, human-focused discipline explores the relationship between people and the built environment, inspiring a career in workplace design. Having worked at AECOM and M Moser Associates, Sophie has played an integral part at Peldon Rose since 2022. 

Through passion, thorough research, and collaborative relationships with clients, Sophie succeeds in understanding a business better than they know themselves. Gathering qualitative and quantitative insights, she develops a compelling design brief to lay the foundations for future business success.

Sophie’s expertise reaches beyond Peldon Rose and her work for the likes of ECI Partners and Vitality, as she becomes a thought leader in the world of workplace, featuring in publications like Raconteur, Work in Mind, and Startup Observer.
