Peldon Rose delivered the new 22,000 sq ft London office for XTX Markets in the R7 building, King's Cross. XTX Markets is a pioneer within the FinTech sector, leading the way as an award-winning electronic market-maker since they were established in 2015. Setting up their new home in London's Tech hub alongside Facebook and Google's European HQ's, this office design is inspired by sci-fi, mathematics and algorithms. Every element of the office design combines futuristic space elements with high-end residential finishes as XTX look to attract leading talent within the top 0.1% of candidates.
