As project designer within the Peldon Rose Landlord team, Tia develops comprehensive concept design proposals which transform real estate assets into premium ready-to-work spaces.
Interpreting the fabric of buildings across London, she uses her knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape to develop detailed proposals which create unique and competitive offerings for Landlords.
Tia is adept at translating the history and identity of locations around London into workplace designs that facilitate modern ways of working, along with strengthening preexisting historical and architectural elements of spaces. She utilises texture and colour to create considered spaces which link the pillars of wellbeing, sustainability, and longevity within her proposals. She is evolving a new and essential wave of workplace design, one that prioritises versatility and adaptability to enable end users to tailor their environment to suit their individual needs and preferences.
Peldon Rose have delivered works on three floors at 15 Bedford Street. Having recently purchased the building, our client wanted to ensure that flexibility remained at the forefront of the conversation when taking the spaces back to market.
