Pricoa Capital Group needed a workspace that reflected their high profile as a leading equity investment company; a professional environment that felt serious, yet sophisticated. To further heighten their leading status, we relocated them into office space in the iconic No. 1 London Bridge building.
This project started with creating an impressive reception area that welcomes guests and clients into a smart and polished office. By using a lavish Italian marble floor, with bespoke joinery, for the reception desk we could create a more eye-catching front of house area that welcomes you into their office.
To ensure we kept a sleek look throughout the office, we kept the office design elegant, crisp and understated. This uncomplicated style allows the marble floor and rich, deep wood accents to create a tranquil and impressive first impression.
Located behind reception we installed a large boardroom and other meeting room facilities. Further along the office space, there are individual private offices for their senior staff. These offices have dramatic views overlooking the River Thames, The Shard and many other iconic London buildings. Again, by retaining the high-class, minimalist style the surroundings and office features generate the exact atmosphere a company of this calibre requires.
Our furniture solutions team provided the open plan working environment with rectangular workstations, high desk mounted screens with integral slat walls in fabric, desk pedestals and task chairs to match their existing chairs. We provided their individual offices with workstations in elm with chrome loop legs hanging from a support unit to create a professional feel. To continue the sophisticated design, and correlate with the other high quality finishes, we installed granite worktops in their two tea points.
