We are delighted to announce that for the fourth year in a row we have been ranked in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For. In addition, we have also been awarded the highest Best Companies Accreditation Standard rating of three stars.

The Best Companies Accreditation Standard follows the elite Michelin style star rating system for organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement. Based on the feedback received from staff, companies receive a Best Companies Index score (BCI). This determines their star rating compared to a fixed standard – 'one to watch' is good, one star is very good, two stars are outstanding and three stars are extraordinary.

The Best Companies awards dinner takes place in Battersea Evolution, Battersea Park, London on 24th February and we’re eagerly anticipating finding out where we’ll be ranked in the Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For!

Our CEO, JP says: “I’m absolutely delighted that we have been ranked for the fourth year in a row in The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For. Our main aim as a business is to create workplaces which improve the working lives of those who work there. I’m proud that our own workplace and business has been recognised as one of the best”.
