There was a buzz of excitement around the office as we found out we’ve been shortlisted for four awards at the 2023 Business Culture Awards!

The Business Culture Awards give forward-thinking organisations a way to celebrate the very best of business culture, and we’re excited to say we’re amongst the business shortlisted for multiple awards this year. The awards recognise transformational work and offer a way to share success.

Following last year’s Business Culture Awards success, we’re proud that our business, our teams, and our people have been shortlisted in the following categories:

• Best Working Environments & Practices Initiative
• Best Wellbeing Initiative for Business Culture (Small to Medium Organisation)
• Business Culture Leadership Award – Recognising CEO, Jitesh Patel (JP)
• Business Culture Team Award (Small to Medium Organisation)

It’s a true testament to our team who strive to shape Peldon Rose’s exceptional culture, every day. We can’t wait to celebrate alongside the other finalists at the official ceremony on Wednesday 15 November, and wish all of the finalists success!
