Peldon Rose has designed another ready-to-work space for a private landlord client, optimising on acoustics and enhancing the space's meeting room and collaborative offerings to bring 22 Chancery Lane into the present-day world of work.

This is a comfortable workplace full of opportunity and versatility. With the Royal Courts of Justice in sight, the location is prime within Holborn. The combined vision of the client landlord, and the Landlord team at Peldon Rose, is enabling prospective businesses to penetrate the small office environment in the area.

Community focus

The teapoint location accommodates the building's existing drainage system, however the new space is approximately three times as large as its predecessor. Open-plan, and with multiple seating options to promote a range of working and resting modes, this space is the heart of the workplace.

Themes of nature

It's all in the details - and at 22 Chancery Lane, the details speak to nature. With a neutral colour palette, artwork to reflect the plants breathing life throughout the space, and a design scheme that capitalises on sunlight, the ambience is calm, appealing, and productive. Biophilia and natural light within offices are known to enhance employee wellbeing.
