As the Peldon Rose Landlord team celebrates its five-year anniversary, we’re reflecting on the remarkable journey of growth and progress the team has taken to reach their half-decade milestone.
From navigating an ever-evolving property market, to building lasting relationships with landlords and property managers, the Landlord team have been invaluable to the growth of Peldon Rose as a trusted design house in London’s commercial property market.
Five years ago, the Peldon Rose Landlord team was established to address a growing need in the commercial property sector. As demand for high-quality office space increased and landlords sought tailored, hands-on support in developing ready-to-work schemes, Peldon Rose identified an opportunity to offer a dedicated service that ensured landlords and investors the long-term success of their assets. Landlords need to be reactive, inspired, and ahead of what tenants require from their offices. The team maximises ROI while enabling Landlords' involvement in the design and specification levels.

Combining in-depth market knowledge with a personal, hands-on approach, the team have a reputation for delivering outstanding results, leading to an impressive rate of client retention and repeat business. Over the past five years, the team has grown in numbers and experience. With roles that span the breadth of architectural, design, and commercial expertise, their offering includes CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B fit out and refurbishments of everything from receptions, end of trip facilities, common parts, and of course, working floors.
Landlords are covered from the discovery and feasibility stages of their asset transformations, right the way through to post-letting client focus and maintenance. It’s a unique offering in the market. And due to the embedded nature of the Landlord team within the wider business of Peldon Rose, the entire life cycle of a project is covered, with resource drawn from Workplace Strategy, Maintenance and Client Focus to establish a turnkey end-to-end service.
